FITNESS

Fitness is a cornerstone of membership at Atlantic Beach Country Club. Take a glance around the Clubhouse and you’ll see a healthy lifestyle in action … between golfers walking the golf course, tennis players in “boot camp”, lap swimmers in the pool, and lunch and learn seminars in the dining room, there is no shortage of recreational activities.

At the core of our active lifestyle is the Fitness Center, offering state of the art equipment and convenient hours of 5am-10pm, 7 days per week.  The Gym offers Precor cardio and strength equipment with Wi-Fi enabled TVs, as well as various accessories for your functional fitness needs.


PROFESSIONAL FITNESS TRAINING

Our knowledgeable staff includes several certified personal trainers and group exercise instructors to help you set and meet your personal fitness goals. The group exercise schedule includes yoga, pilates, HIIT, TRX and Sport Specific training.  We also offer special classes including Wine and Yoga, a Lunch and Learn series and marathon training.

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) program is also available at the Atlantic Beach Country Club. Our Director of Fitness is a level III trainer, offering both group and individual programs to help with your golf fitness needs.
